1. Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, installing, launching, accessing, or using Phoenix Invoice Link, you accept this End User License Agreement and the Phoenix Invoice Link Terms and Conditions.
If you do not accept this EULA, do not install or use the software.
2. Licence Grant
Phoenix Link grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Phoenix Invoice Link for your internal business operations.
Unless Phoenix Link agrees otherwise in writing, each purchased licence allows use on one machine for one business entity.
This is a licence to use the software. It is not a sale, transfer, assignment, or source-code handover.
3. Permitted Use
You may use Phoenix Invoice Link to create and manage customers, catalog items, quotes, invoices, reports, PDFs, company profile settings, document templates, SMTP settings, local backups, and related business records.
You may make reasonable backup copies of your local business data.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, resell, sublicense, lease, rent, lend, share, redistribute, or commercially host the software
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass licence controls, or remove proprietary notices
- use the software unlawfully or to generate fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful documents
- use one licence for multiple machines or multiple unrelated business entities
- use Phoenix Link names, logos, or branding except as displayed by the software
5. Ownership
Phoenix Link and its licensors retain all rights in the software, documentation, binaries, visual assets, product names, logos, and related intellectual property.
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the software.
6. Local Data and Backups
Phoenix Invoice Link is designed to store working data locally on the installed machine.
You are responsible for protecting and backing up your local database, exports, invoices, quotes, documents, passwords, and email configuration.
Phoenix Link is not responsible for local data loss caused by inadequate backups, machine failure, malware, user error, third-party tools, or unauthorised access to your device.
7. Beta Installer Status
Phoenix Invoice Link may be distributed through a managed beta launch. Some installers may be unsigned, not yet notarised, or not yet backed by operating-system publisher reputation while Phoenix Link completes formal signing rollout.
You must download only from official Phoenix Link links and compare the SHA256 checksum where possible.
8. No Professional Advice
Phoenix Invoice Link helps generate and manage business documents. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, financial, or compliance advice.
You are responsible for checking document accuracy before sending or relying on generated output.
9. Termination
Phoenix Link may suspend or terminate licence rights where a customer materially breaches this EULA, attempts to bypass licence controls, redistributes installers, abuses downloads, commits payment fraud, or uses the software unlawfully.
Termination does not transfer ownership of the software and does not remove obligations that should reasonably survive termination.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
